Can I make changes to my order?

Any changes to the order can only be made before the order leaves our office.  Please double check that your address information is accurate during checkout. We do not hand-key any addresses, so address information is always automatically printed on the label from the information that you provided during checkout.

Where do we ship?

We provide domestic shipping, as well as international shipping to many places. Check the Country dropdown of the address form during checkout for the most up to date list of destinations we offer. You will be quoted the most-recent rates directly from the courier you have chosen during checkout.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on the estimated total weight and size of the package used for shipping all of the items in your order together.

All  orders with a subtotal over $35 ship free to destinations in the USA & Puerto Rico.  If you would like to upgrade to a different shipping service or speed, you can opt to upgrade at an additional cost during checkout.

International customers can purchase shipping service during checkout.  International customers may be subject to VAT, brokerage fees, or other fees direct from their country or via the courier you choose at checkout.

What shipping methods to we use?

We provide shipping via USPS or UPS for domestic and international packages.
If placing multiple orders within a short time frame, we do try to combine shipments that are going to the same address as much as possible so that you can enjoy all your goodies at one time.

What is the handling time?

Our team of two packages and processes orders within 3 business days (that's Monday through Friday).

What is the average shipping time?

Most domestic USPS and UPS packages arrive within 14 business days. This is dependent upon the courier, the shipping speed you have chosen at checkout, and the destination to which the package is being shipped. We cannot influence the speed of shipping for packages in transit.

International shipping speed varies depending on the courier method and speed chosen during checkout. Please note that International packages must go through Customs. First Class International Packages may take up to three months to arrive, depending on the destination and whether there are any shipping restrictions (such as health policies, etc) for packages at the time. We cannot influence the speed of shipping for packages in transit.

Are there any additional fees?

International customers are responsible for any VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees imposed for import by their country.  If you have requested any special services with your local post (USA or International), they may impose other delivery or holding fees.  Please contact your local post to obtain information on any fees or taxes imposed.

When choosing UPS as a courier: UPS may charge an additional brokerage fee on delivery of the package. This is because UPS works with local customs to broker any owed duty / tax payment when an international shipment arrives in a country.

What if I have Trouble With My Package Delivery?

While the mail carrier chosen at checkout is responsible for delivery of your package and we do not have control over how quickly any shipping service delivers a package once it leaves our business, we are happy to advise and assist as much as we are able with any package concerns.

Please understand that as the recipient of the package you may need to call or contact your local post office to pursue a mail claim if your package is misdelivered by USPS or stolen after delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for misdelivered or stolen packages.

Domestic Customers in the USA
With the USPS it is best to contact your local post office and speak directly to the manager, post-master, or carrier that delivered your package. This is preferable over the 1-800 number.

With UPS, you will need to contact their 1-800 number.

International Customers
Please contact your local post if you opted for USPS shipping at checkout.  Please contact UPS in your country, if you opted for UPS during checkout. International customers are responsible for all customs fees / brokerage fees on the package. Once a package leaves our workshop we no longer have control over the package. International customers are responsible for contacting their local carrier to determine the status of any package through the tracking number we provide you.
